Description: Original Vintage Medal Ribbon Silver Rosette in good condition with dark toned patina. The rosette is of the type with a hollow back and two holes for sowing to the ribbon. This is nice Original Medal Ribbon Silver Rosette that is suitable for use on WWI - WWII British Medal that use a silver rosette on the ribbon on ribbon bars etc. to signify the issue of medal bars issued for long service or areas of conflict. This type of rosette is vintage in style of the type worn on WWI - WWII issue and General Service/ Long Service Medals. One rosette is put on the ribbon for each bar issued to a medal.
