This came directly from Carl Shaffer, when he lived on Elfreth’s Alley, Philadelphia, in the 1990s, several years before he passed away. We met Carl at his home, and bought a lot of his work at the time. Carl Shaffer (1904-1993) We have more of Carl’s work that we’ll be listing. This appears to be gouache, ink, etc…on small cardboard, in original plastic frame, the way Carl had done it. Frame Size is apx. 3 1/8” x 3 7/8”. Signed on the Back.
