Any cosmetic, health and beauty aid items are NOS unless otherwise stated. Other items maybe be NOS as well a lot of it will be store liquidations and returns. NOS means New Old Stock. Many of these items are store liquidations and may show shelf wear, packaging damage, or other imperfections in the packaging, etc.. These items are not “used” and the contents inside should be unharmed. I will not issue refunds or accept returns for buyers that do not read the description prior to buying these items. I try to price the items accordingly and work with the buyer whenever possible. Any electronic/electrical item has been tested unless otherwise stated in the description. Any items that do not work when the buyer receives it may be eligible for exchange or refund unless it was otherwise stated that the item was non working, for parts, or sold as is. If you buy it and it quits working or is damaged after buyer has been using it (for example, if a items quits working within a week of purchase) I will not assume responsibility and offer no warranties or guarantees for any item. I am not responsible for improper use or installation of any items sold. Payment is expected with 24 hours of purchase unless you have contacted me with other arrangements. I have tried to describe this product(s) to the best of my ability. If you are not satisfied with your product and feel like something is inadequate please message me before posting feedback. I will try to help anyway that I can but if negative or neutral feedback is left and buyer has not contacted me prior to leaving feedback than I will not assume responsibility for any issues the buyer may have. I do offer combined shipping for multiple purchases. Message me prior to paying for items and I can send a quote. Shipping price for combined orders will be close to the actual price to ship. I normally do not ship out of country. Shipping prices have increased and it is not feasible to provide shipping outside of the United States. If you live outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories) please contact me regarding shipping. Items shipped to US territories outside of the continental US may be subject to increased shipping costs or the order may be cancelled if arrangements cannot be made with the buyer. I AM NOT responsible for shipping delays. Sometimes items reach their destinations after the estimated delivery date. I have no control over this and if this does happens and there is not a tracking up date after 10 days from the last scan than a claim can then be opened up with the delivery service. I will not give any refunds for items that are still showing they are in transit when the tracking number for the package is checked regardless of the initial estimated delivery date. The shipping method I plan to use for the item is posted in the shipping portion of the listing. If you want another service you must message me prior to payment and buyer will assume any adjustments in shipping.
