Description: 🔥 Original Hot Wheels Redlines Don the Snake Prudome and Tom the Mongoose McEwen drag race set made in 1969 & released for 1970 includes the Snake & Mongoose metal buttons 🔥 😔 The box is nowhere near mint condition it had some tears and rips in it that have been taped up. The only opened end has the most tape on it. Everything inside is still nice as it was back in the 70s, the cars are in excellent to near mint condition with the decals fading or dirty looking and they are the original cars that came with the set some of the track that is in the set is the original track but some of it isn’t (8 pieces are & 8 are not), (10of the track joiners are original and 2 are not). All the pieces that are in the set appear to be original. Because all the numbers are correct and the measurements appear to be accurate also. The casting number on the snake is 6409 and the mongoose is 6410. In 1970 the snake came with the drag set & the mongoose came with the drag set and also came in a blister pack. 🔥 These pictures are taken by me. They are the actual item or items you will receive. 2 of the pictures are… 1) the first edition price guide copyright 2008 or 2009, and the other, 2) is the list of the book price and value as of 15 - 16 years ago, these have gone up in value and not down. ⭐️I take multiple pictures and close-ups because all my redlines are used and have flaws, some very minor some major, I don’t believe in grading them because we may have a difference of opinion on grading, however, these two original cars are looking incredible after 54 to 55 years and very very little play ware. ⭐️If you have any issues with anything you purchased from me, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST, I think MY FEEDBACK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.
