Description: Original 1940 Motiograph Bakelite Deer Antler Ear Drive-In Movie Speaker Junction BoxDetroit DieCast is back in the business restoring vintage Drive-In Speakers and accessories. This is an original 1940's Motiograph complete junction box. The oval top is made of bakelite. The antler ears of the junction box are in fantastic shape. Original speaker cord hold down included and terminal strip. New pole retaining screws! The downlight lens is a replacement that is made of magnifying glass! NOTE: The bakelite top has been carefully trimmed/repaired. The pointed ends had damage due to the supporting retaining screw stress. So now the top is approximately 7/16" shorter. This does not change the integrity of the junction box. The top has also been clear coated to seal the bakelite. This is what you need to hang those Motiograph Drive-In speakers you've had stored away for years now.Drive-In's run deep in our family history, as past generations have owned and operated several theaters. We truly hope you enjoy our products, as they are very nostalgic to us and others. Currently, we are still manufacturing brand-new Drive-In speakers from the original molds. Our products are made right here in the USA! Specializing in rare Drive-In movie theater memorabilia from the 50′s, 60′s and 70′s. Vintage speakers are our specialty, too. We have one of the fastest growing collections of restored and unrestored Drive-In speakers around. Visit us on detroitdiecast.com. Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
