Inspired by the dashboard hula dancers and made with the top of a Russian nesting doll on a spring (For some reason, nesting doll heads only the top piece makes it way to me. lol never a full set or a bottom piece) I think they are so beautiful and would hate to see them go to waste so I find ways to incorporate them into a piece of functional art. The vintage tray is a (treated press board?) alcohol proof snack tray is from Japan, and the mushroom base is a vintage makeup tin that is the perfect size to store a ring or other small trinket for safe keeping.
