Description: Travel back in time with this old tenor banjo. 10-3/4" hide head. The is an original painting signed E. Titsch on the back. The painting is of a blonde Jazz Age flapper looking up and excited. The prior owner's initials "H.F." are stamped or carved onto the front of the headstock. Cosmetically, it has significant age and play wear. The hide head looks quite old. There is a small chip on the fretboard by the tone ring. There are scuffs and scrapes on the back of the neck and the resonator. New tailpiece. New bridge. New strings. 21" scale length. 17 frets. Functionally, it plays. No case, but it will be well-wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap for shipping. Questions? It will be well packed with plenty of new 1/2" bubble wrap and shipped in a new 46"x19"x7" stout cardboard instrument box.
