Description: One of several South American etchings I am selling, please look at my other items if you would like to see the others. Hand drawn on thick, raw paper with scalloped edges. Artist used an intricate cross-hatch patterning and complex shading techniques. Pencil and ink drawing shows an indigenous couple paddling an unusual skiff with mountains of Peru in the background. Signature reads, "F del By". One of the pictures in this series has an addition to the signature that this one does not have; I have pictured it last among the photos. Framed in a simple wood frame with glass covering. Artwork itself measures about 10" by 12 1/2" with the frame being correspondingly larger. This item shows minor signs of age and wear and the raw paper shows its fibers and color differentiations. No tears, folds or repairs. Thank you for looking at my items!
