V.G. Condition "Railroad Accident Investigation Report No. 4186. Penn Central Transportation Co., Fall River, Mass. March 2, 1972. Paperwork was mailed from The Federal Railroad Administration Office Of Safety, Washington, D.C. 20590. Report summary: "1 killed, 6 injured due to rear-end collision with freight train and a Highway rail car. Trainmaster permitted highway rail car to occupy track without proper authority." 10 pages with photos and staple bound, VG condition with Post Office markings. Measures 5" x 8". I bought at auction a lifetime personal collection of railroad items from a past Conductor. Some date back to 1918, I believe his father was also a railroad employee and some memorabilia was his.
