It's in Very Good Condition with some shelf wear at the corners. This can clearly be seen in the close-up pictures. It really isn't as bad as the pictures make it look, I just like to be brutally honest so you won't be disappointed when your item arrives. If anything, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how nice the book really is in person. I may get a little less money for the item, but customer satisfaction is what makes me happy. Other than the corner wear, there are no problems to report. The pages are nice and white without any marks. The front and back inside covers are tight, undamaged and the binding is solid.
