It includes the base plate which also serves as the crankshaft seal holder. I make no guarantees about the seal or o-ring condition. This is designed to work with a FEMSA coil and FEMSA flywheel. THIS IS NOT FOR SAWS WHICH HAVE A PLASTIC CRANKCASE. Used on model 240s. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive. I give combined shipping refunds when possible.
