(IMPERFECT-READ) TopFlor Parquet Hardwood Flooring Tiles, Solid White Oak, 7-finger NATURAL This listing is for 10 NEW tiles that are 12 inches x 12 inches x 5/16 inches. Comes in shrink-wrapped packaging as tiles have been inspected prior to shipping. NOTE: The tiles are in IMPERFECT condition - the imperfections include both sun exposure light staining (most only on one edge) and borer holes that were caused when these were in storage - ranges from slight to obvious markings. Other than that, the tiles are in full usable condition with no other imperfections (no cracks, splits, dings, dents etc - edges intact). Pictures included of examples. (Borers no longer present) *These will likely need to be sanded and restained or recoated - perfect small projects, repairs, jobs where you would be refinishing to change color, etc. Will give a RUSTIC effect. Each tile has a tongue and groove pattern to allow for multiple tiles to be put together (as shown) - each tile equals 1 square foot.
