Comes with most original accessories and screws (See photos for details). Has all four original fans, 3x120mm, 1x140mm. Also has a CD drive installed that will come with the case. Case is in great condition for being over 10 years old. The 140mm fan needs to be repairs or replaced as the bearing is starting to be quite loud. Case may show minor sings of wear but nothing glaringly obvious. There is a SUPREME Sticker on the side of the case that can be removed upon request (after purchase).
