Looks like its used for minimally invasive posterior lumbar decompressions, please see photos for more info. Access tray top layer is 100% complete, 13 K Wires included. Middle layer with blades is also 100% complete. Bottom layer has all 3 light adapters, Hex key with blade set screw and 2 additional set screws. (See photo) Small shim caddy is empty, bigger shim caddy has x3 wide shims, x3 standard shims, and x3 intradiscal shims. Decompression tray top layer is 100%complete. Middle layer is also 100% complete Bottom layer has 3 items missing from what I can see, -Curved Kerrison 2mm (3100014) -Curved Kerrison 4mm (3100015) -Micro pituitary Up 2mm (3100033) Table mounted arm tray looks complete, from my understanding only the arm itself and clamp is included in this tray. Table mounted clamp looks to be newer Gen 3 articulating clamp. All outer trays look to be in good shape, no major dents or damages that would mess with the function of the trays, all latches work and lock onto lids.
