These is only one mounting bracket included. The speaker cover has a rubber mount on the back. The rubber is still soft, but there are some small rips in it. This also comes with 2 ammeter condensers. One is part number 1849161 and the other one is 1866865. Please look this part over before purchasing. What you see is exactly what you will receive.
