They are in excellent condition Gleaming Factory Glossy Blue Paint but appeared to have a few old touch ups. They are not that noticeable unless you really look for them. There is one on right front of bar under sticker and another on left backside. Last 2 pics show them. Last pic is the one on backside so you wouldn't even see it once bars are on bike.
