Description: Brand New Old Stock - Ilford for Black & White and Cibachrome Prints**4"x5" - 6 Double Weight Mounting Panels** Based on the date on the packaging, it appears these are from April 1979. Great find for vintage photography buffs. Not sure if the adhesive will still be useful after all these years. The packaging has become torn at some of the corners/edges from age and poor storage. Ilford mounting panels are designed for flush mounting of all resin coated papers such as Ilfospeed and Multi-grade black & white enlarging papers and Cibachrome Pearl RC paper. It is also ideally suited for use with Cibachrome Hi-Gloss print material which has a plastic base. Ilford moutning panels are factory-coatd with a high strength, permanent, non-yellowing adhesive. This adhesive has a neutral pH that will not adversely affect the permanence of the print itself. These mounting panels form an instant bond with the print. They will not fray or bend at the corners. Ilford mounting panels are flexible but non-warping. They have an exceptionally smooth, flat surface. Ilford mounting panels are intentionally supplied 1/16 inch undersize so that prints can be trimmed perfectly flush after mounting. Non-Smoking Home
