Five raised ribs and two ribbons were added to this bible. The bible text block is like new. I say Like New because I took it out of the box. I bought the bible brand new. Please look at the specialized gold gilt edges. Absolutely beautiful!! This Maclaren has the title pages in Blue. Even more, the Words of Christ are in Blue. This bible is super nice. This is not that stuff called bonded or genuine leather. This is not that compressed stuff most commercial bibles use as covers. This is cowhide cut from the hide. As I state in all my listings, I am not a professional in rebounding books. I have acquired the hobby and enjoy doing it. I know I could easily sell this bible for over $400.00.
