We have personally tested these high performance cast pistons in a L20b and they perform better than other brands. These lightweight pistons will wake up your old tired L-series engine and make it rev up quick. These pistons have been designed for stock HP applications and have thinner rings to reduce friction and improve HP and gas mileage. The Skirts have a wider profile to increase stability at high RPM's The pistons have an accumulator groove between the first and second ring. The Wrist pins are hardened steel with 3mm walls to reduce weight while maintaining all the strength needed for high reving engines. The piston and wrist pin weigh approx. 485 grams (90grams less than stock) We Also have high performance cast pistons that are designed to handle twice the chamber pressure than stock applications.
