The unit had power to the meter in front, unable to test fully. Some knobs turn and some due not. The top platform doesn't raise/lower. The top component open/close control is stuck on close. Binoculars are in good cosmetic condition, though seems eye covers are missing. Base and rubber stops have wear, otherwise are in good condition. No further testing.
