I called a William Sonoma representative to ask what was best to use to grease the insides of the pancake molds with, and she told me to use butter and not cooking spray. I just wanted to pass that tip along. The directions also say that to ensure the molds last for many mornings to come, hand wash them with warm, soapy water and air dry.
