This frameset sells for $3200 new before tax and doesn't come with the seat post when buying from specialized. The stem is cut to the max height allowed for all spacers per the owners manual. This comes with the downtube ride wrap from the factory. The color of this frameset is really cool and changes from dark green to a blue green depending on the color with a deep metallic flake.
