SHIPPING: Generally I ship within 1-2 business days via USPS mail -Items of less than $25 and under 1 pound will likely ship Ground Advantage -Items over 1 pound will likely ship Priority MAIL (either standard Priority or flat rate depending on best box fit for item purchased) -Books/media will most likely ship Media Mail unless Priority mail is selected   Regarding MY Shipping costs: 1) Orders over $30 may ship insured shipping if "Media Mail" is used. This is due to some recent shipping issues where USPS lost packages that were not insured. 2) Shipping rates also include a small surcharge for boxes/envelopes. Please note that shipping materials alone can cost up to one dollar per order. 3) Expensive items appx. $100 or more OR shipments going to Apartments may ship with signature required to ensure that the item is received by recipient. This is due to some orders that were shipped/delivered but recipient(s) says were "not received" which is not covered by USPS "Insurance".
