They are made of high quality rubber which provide a great isolation. The feet come with built-in washer. The set comes with fastener and ready to install. The installation is pretty straight forward. If your MC-30 comes with mounting bottom bracket like mine does, you just need to slide the screw over the mounting slot and keep the rubber at the bottom. Press down the hex nut with one finger, and tighten the screw from the other end with a 4mm allen wrench. These rubber feet serve as stand (not for any mounting purpose), so finger tight is sufficient. The sale comes with - a set of four high quality rubber feet. - pre-installed fastener.
