The material of the pall is made of Brocade/Damask Fabric with Cross Designs. There are four crosses each measuring 7.5 inches on all four corners of the Pall. All the designs are made of Silver / Gold thread embroidery work. The Orphreys is made of high quality white/ grey polyester fabric with metallic gold crosses. The edges are lined with gold/ white fringes. The centre design of IHS is encircled with floral design. Lining: The Palls is unlined. UNLINED: There is no lining for the funeral pall and this makes the pall lighter compared to the lined ones.
