NEVER WORN - Mickey & Co / Pokémon - RARE VINTAGE 1999 Ash Pikachu Large Tshirt

Description: This is a rare Pokémon shirt manufactured with a "Micky & Co." I won this shirt out of a claw machine in 1999 or early 2000 and never wore it. I've kept it folded up with my other Pokémon memorabilia for the last 25 years. It's hard to find much about this shirt, but here's what I have found so far: 1. This page ( https://www.defunkd.com/disney/ ) gives the history of Disney apparel and lists Mickey & Co. having been produced from 1995-1999. That would line up with my recollection of having won this shirt from a claw machine back when I was 12 years old or so, which would have been 1999 or early 2000. 2. The tag has "RN 61626" which I found out lets you look up what company made the shirt. In this case the company name was Velva Sheen. 3. Thinking this was odd because the tag says "Brazos Sportswear", I looked up the history and saw that Brazos bought out Velva Sheen in 1994. See this page ( https://www.encyclopedia.com/books/politics-and-business-magazines/brazos-sportswear-inc ) and ctrl+f "velva" 4. Brazos acquired Velva Sheen to expand its licensing agreements, with Velva Sheen having agreements with Disney, Warner Bros, etc. 5. Brazos also acquired Sun Sportwear in 1997 which also had licensing agreements with Disney and others.In any case, I couldn't find much about Brazos, Velva Sheen, or Sun Sportwear and Pokémon licensing, but the time periods and companies involved all seem to check out. I can at least guarantee the shirt has been in my possession since 1999-2000. I washed it for the first time using cold water, light detergent, shirt inside out to protect graphic, and let it hang to dry. There is some slight staining around the graphic which can probably be removed. There's also some peeling/cracking of the graphic in a few places.
