Description: This 25 count bag of "Asteroid" Mega Marbles comes with 24 Player marbles that measure 16mm or 5/8th inches and 1 Shooter marble that measures 25mm or 1 inch in diameter. Made in Mexico by Vacor for Mega Fun / Mega Marbles, they are then distributed by Incredible Novelties, Inc. from Canada. This is the current version of these marbles and they are still being made today. The base is Opaque, slate blue with blue glass frit added to make a textured surface. The surfaces have been iridized to give a shiny, colorful reflective appearance. Great for playing marble games, using with Marble Runs, or simply putting on display. Marbles are a traditional children's game that have been a favorite for generations. The origins of this game have been traced back to Pakistan, Rome and Ancient Egypt. There are a variety of different games that can be played with Marbles and even new ones are made up on the spot. Marble game rules are printed on the back of each header card.
