Description: THIS IS THE GREAT BIG OLD FAMOUS CHIMNY BUTTE cuff. And ive included an antique rare necklace. With hand made ( of course) Pea sized Sterling nail beads. or Bench beads. I met Chimney Butte in Farmington New Mexico, after i came home from the Gulf War in the early 90's. He was touring the Pawn shops across New Mexico with his new invention!. THIS CUFF & the others with the dark patina come from wood chip smoke. " Chimney" thought it was profound that his name would be the key to fame, & be a way to darken the silver! & set him apart as the One of a kind Native Silver smith in History! When i first got this cuff out of the box it had a piece of the smoke wood stuck to it. Ive hardly ever worn it, it bends incredibly easy!.It has a PERDOT gem, & Green Turquoise. Im wearing my other CB cuff in the photo to show it stacks well, the narrow CB is staying on me till i die. The necklace is a rare stone, its REAL, its not died, they were made near Shiprock New Mexico, same place as the cuff. Its older than the cuff, but i thought it was a perfect match. If it dosent sell well or you want it split up, ill split the set. The necklace was made 1920-1940. MAGNESITE/ CHRYSOPRASE I did not re string it yet.The Cuff i believe is from Approx 1992.It is the SUPER WIDE,that sold for $750, & now they are listed at over $1K. Im over 62 now, im not well, im selling out my collection of things ive loved. This cuff is, THE FIRST of its kind since ancient times to be blackened by real Chimney smoke!no chemicals,& CB is the first Native Silver Smith to invent this way to stain the silver!PHOTOS WERE NOT COLOR ENHANCED.ALL THE STONES ARE SET BEFORE I BOUGHT IT(!). Ive got another Chimney Butte, he set his tops to look " old & authentic" NECKLACE: 20" in. dime size stones WIDTH:2 1/4 in LENGTH:7 inch WEIGHT:124.72 grams STONES;1 Peridot 5 rare green Turquoise CROSSES:-6
