Make: Rolex Serial #: (from case) Year: (approximate) 1924 Country: Swiss Case Shape and Material: 4-petal flower shaped case with snap on hinged bezel and snap on hinged case back. Wire lugs provide atachment points for the band. Case measures 28mm L x 27mm W x 9mm H in good condition with light scratches consistent with normal wear. Back is inscribed "Eileen from Dad 18-8-24". Movement: hi grade Rolex Rebberg mechanical windup movement with pearlage plate decoration Movement Type: 15 jewel manual wind movement. Movment Condition: very good, sets, runs and keeps time to within 30 seconds per day in 3 positions, but was not recently serviced.Mainspring (runtime): 30 hours+ Dial: Rolex telephone dial with black block numerals with central golden sunburst (guilloche) area signed Rolex in small block letters under the 12 marker. Dial is in remarkably good condition for a watch that is almost 100 years old.
