This work caboose is LONGER than what we see in post war. Looks good to me. Dusty. Cutting back my layout and collection drastically due to health reasons. I don't think a lot of sellers do refund, because I have never got one, but I DO REFUND. But I do not know the actual shipping cost until I get the receipt back from the PO. I will refund shipping if I misrepresent the item, which I try not to do to the best of my knowledge. Shipping... I estimated shipping based on the farthest zip code from me based on weight. The weight estimate might be high. So, the actual cost could be less, depending on where you live and the actual weight. If you live outside the 48 states, obviously it will be higher, and I will invoice accordingly. If the actual shipping costs are less, I will refund the difference. I am DISABLED. I must pay someone $3.00 extra to take the package to the PO and I ADD that cost onto the postage. If you cannot accept that, please pass this offer up. I can't do this otherwise.
