Description: I have here is an old rare Mohawk advertising clock that I modified with a new quiet battery-operated quartz motor and vanity makeup lights and let me say it's been the best idea i have had. It's been running perfect on one battery for two months so far and the vanity lights allow me to give the lights any brightness or shade I want. It's so quiet you don't even know it running. The old clock motors you get with these old clocks very seldom work right and the plastic gears will always cause you headaches. The old fluorescent bulbs usually don't work and either do the condensers and coils. The motors are always noisy and the hands either freeze up or fall back or just stop. The old fluorescent bulbs in some cases burn or discolor the plastic but you won't get that with vanity lights as they don't get that hot. Measures 16 x16 x4 inches Please use the pictures as part of the description and thanks for looking. This clock cleaned up real nice and they do not come up very often. There are three cracks that start from the center outward and have been glued from the inside. You may see one crack in last photo. Not very noticeable unless you're really looking for them as well as a couple cracks on the edges which have been glued as well. The only cord is the control cord for the vanity lights. The cord is 6 feet long but you will need to supply your own power block.
