The mirror and bracket is place over the windshield hinge and held in place with a 5/16" round head brass bolt. The mirror bracket is designed with a radius which corresponds with the r of the windshield hinge so the mirror will not move in any direction. See Photo The mirror has a built in 1/2" ball and socket that is secured by 3 adjustable screws. By loosing the 3 screws, the mirror can be adjusted to the desired location. The mirror is then held to the bracket with a 5/16" brass bolt. The total length from the windshield stanchion to the outer edge of the mirror is 9-1/2". The mirror bracket is casted solid brass. The mirror is spun brass. 5" mirror is used.
