The entire bodice, front and back, is Smocked and fully elastized. Also, the long sleeves are elastized to formfit your body. It has a Scooped Neckline. It's made of 100% rayon. The cleaning directions indicate Dry Clean but I have laundered it in cold water on gentle cycle and it's turned out Lovely with no issues. It's pre-owned in Excellent Condition.
