The kit comes with base and instructions. Although pre-owned, the model is in New condition with all the parts still in their original position on the foam holder, se photos.ATTENTION! Due to a labour Strike at Canada Post, I will Not be able to ship the items through the Regular Postal system for the duration of the strike. Shipping via UPS or FedEx is available and although it might be more expensive, eBay offers Discounts when purchasing the shipping labels for UPS and FedEx through them and the Discount, if available, will be applied to the shipping cost for all buyers (I have noticed that in certain cases for medium size boxes, it might be cheaper than sending via Canada Post).
