When you open the pack and slam the top of the container with your had this is supposed to trigger a chemical reaction that blows up the balloon and makes the storage container pop open and expose the Mighty Beanz inside. This does not always happen as plan and then you have to open them by carefully cutting the top open. This is another collectible from Moose Inc. This balloon is in very good condition.
