I am very happy with this machine and blown away by the build quality and results. Two issues - the photos for this model, and the washers just above the 7156 line include an internal light - this model does not. It has not been an issue but the images on this site - and some videos by Miele online show a light inside (again for only some in the line but I missed that). The loss of one star is due to the unbelievably complicated rebate process. You must go online to "preauthorize" on a site that is not correctly detailed in the paperwork from Miele requiring a call to an overseas call center - several minutes on the phone - only to be re-directed to a new site to actually make the claim. It took about 45 minutes for the $150.
