Orange color can be seen in the musical instrument and tie around the neck. Soft green color in the shawl and around the bottom. I believe the material is called polystone or some type of ceramic. The figurine measures 10 inches tall x 5 inches wide. Mouth and eyes are in an open "O" shape.
