The collection predominantly depicts landscapes and villages in the Western Alps, consisting of southeastern France, northwestern Italy, and southwestern Switzerland, with a particular focus on the area surrounding Lake Geneva known as the Swiss Riviera. The artist demonstrates a mastery of light and atmosphere, deftly capturing both the natural beauty and timeless grandeur of this part of the world.
