Appears to be a lithograph (under the glaze), but may be a Print. - I cannot find any notation of this piece - Tile has an Attached Hanging Tab - I can't find a way to date this item, as the piece is rarely mentioned. Does the item have General Use, Show Typical Ageing, or Have Shelf Wear? There are a few "CLEANING SCRATCHES' ??? I'm not sure how to describe them. Think of a piece of Acrylic that was rubbed with a 'rough'(?) Paper Towel.
