Included in this set: 5.167 Ring gear and Countershaft that are a direct replacement for the OEM 4.40-1. This kit has everything you need to upgrade your USDM 1996-2001Type R or 1994-2001 GSR to the 5.167 ratio used in Japan. Changing your final drive to a performance ratio will increase RPM and provide better acceleration.
