He's wearing a colorful scarf that goes well with his hair and those big shoes, with the turned up toes. These trolls weren't produced with Russ stickers on the bottom of their feet. This was very common with trolls that had hang tags. There may be a little sticker residue on the bottom of one foot, from a price sticker being removed. All items are stored in a smoke free home.
