Description: Titled - SCENIC HOTEL - McGREGOR - IOWA. COFFEE SHOP - ZEPHYR TAP. This is a nice Kodak branded, circa 1950 by the cars RP RPPC REAL PHOTO POST CARD of the Hotel in Mc Gregor. Note the bluff behind, cars and trucks. This is just down the street from the buildings that were flattened by a tornado a couple of years ago. Very Good to Excellent unused shape. Typical corner rounding and edge wear, no major faults. NOTE: Colored border is to highlight cards & is NOT part of card! Card shape descriptions are done to the Post Card trade standards: Mint is hard to find; Near Mint has very little if any wear; Excellent allows some wear and minor soiling; Very Good is better than average; Good is basically average; Fair is to allow more wear than normal; Poor is obvious. We try to call out any tears, minor wrinkles are on most any card. Creased means has been folded or badly bent. Cut down cards are hardly ever sold by us, if so will be told as such.
