There’s the usual assortment of clutter found on any country back porch. Note the birdcage, a shelf containing a wooden egg crate, coffee grinder, and kerosene lamp. There’s a Morton’s Salt thermometer hanging on the wall next to a flyswatter as well as an ornate pressed-back wooden chair, gingerbread style screen door and a white enameled coffee pot full of marigolds. This is the actual Maytag washing machine owned by the Randy's grandmother. A feature article was written about Randy and this painting in the Maytag corporate magazine.
