I am not a professional art dealer, nor do I claim to be even slightly knowledgeable about how to properly clean antique artwork. Therefore, all I did was wipe down the glass and the frame a little bit.As far as I can tell, it's in lovely ready-to-hang condition. The dark wood frame is original--sturdy and holds together fine--with some overall wear.
