This product was completed after our staff went to the Martin Factory and selected the wood on site and had detailed discussions. This model uses the LX Pink color, which is not often seen in Martin, and creates a different atmosphere from existing models with its pop and vivid pink. This color is rarely ordered, and it is a very difficult color to produce, and it is a very rare order specification for the D-28 model. It is truly a unique gem that can only be found at a custom shop! The wood used is carefully selected from the custom shop storage, and it not only looks good but also sounds superb. Generally, vivid colors are made with maple, which has good color development, but this model was ordered with a focus on rosewood, taking into consideration the sound system of the D-28 Sandard. Not only does it produce the sharp high range and low range that resonates in the stomach, which are unique to dreadnoughts, but it also produces a rich overtone that envelops you. By deliberately using the same dimensions, parts, and bracing as the D-28 Sandard, we have created an instrument that is even more distinct.
