The sterilizing temperature can be set in a range from 225 F (107 C) and 250 F (121C). The onboard data logger records and stores the time, temperature, and pressure for each sterilization cycle. The stored data can be either retrieved using a USB drive via the inbuilt USB port or printed out using an optional external printer.
