Go slowly when applying the tape and avoid stretching it as it is being installed. Once you get to a point to meet a seam joint, it is best to compress the remaining part of the tape and then cut the seam a tag longer (1 or 2 mm) so when it decompresses to fit into the seam it will have a completely seamless seal.
