It would be considered a tiger eye tooth by most collectors, with distinctive banding features, especially in florescent(show) lighting. The river of origin is most likely southeastern South Carolina, the Port Royal vicinity, based upon historic teeth of similar size and color. To my knowledge, a tiger eyed tooth of this size has never been offered for sale, except once, twenty years ago, and I was the buyer. I am the second owner. This exceptional tooth is unrepaired, as verified by non-natural light sources.
