The highest shipping rate is applied from any item won, additional items will be charged at the following rates: • Ungraded Card - 25¢ • Graded Card - 50¢ • Ungraded Card Lot - 50¢ • Graded Card Lot - $1.00 To take advantage of our combined shipping rates always check your cart. Whether you're buying cards from our store or our auctions shipping will always be combined in your cart automatically. If not you can always request a total from the cart page and then we will send an invoice. These rates also apply to international bidders, however if you have to select eBay's global shipping program you will have to contact them for a shipping invoice. International ShippingWe will ship to certain countries directly, if you don't have the option to choose First Class International Mail that means you must use eBay's Global Shipping Program. eBay will charge you shipping fees based on your location. I will ship the card to one of eBay's facilities and then they will ship it to you. Once your package arrives at eBay's shipping facility it is no longer our responsibility. Any further questions you may have at that point will have to be sent to eBay. Orders over $400 will be required to upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping. International Customs/Import DutiesAll import fees and taxes/customs are the buyer's responsibility, please check with your local offices if you're unsure of the cost. All customs forms will be filled out accurately, we will not lower the value or mark it as a gift. SCB Return PolicyReturns will only be accepted if an item is misrepresented in the auction title, description or images provided in the listing. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a return. We strive to be reasonable in the event of a disagreement and ask that buyers afford us the same level of fairness. As a broker of sports cards, our responsibility is the accurate description and delivery of the item advertised; not to guarantee how a card will grade or how a graded card will be assessed by different grading companies. Any issue a buyer has with a card's professional grade should be addressed with the company that graded the card. Returned items must be received back in the condition they were received. We will pay for the return shipping label and fully refund the item's cost. 10% restocking fee will apply for cards returned for any other reason. Unpaid ItemsAny bidder who does not pay for an item won will lose their bidding privileges with us for 3 months. After that they will be given a second chance to bid on our auctions once more. If the bidder repeats the action of not paying for an item they won they will be permanently blocked from bidding on our auctions. Making PaymentBidders will have 4 days to make a payment. After 4 days eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case on our behalf. At that point the buyer will have an additional 4 days to make payment before eBay closes the case and puts a strike on the buyers account. So in total you will have 8 days to make a payment which we believe is more than a fair amount of time. If you may need additional time please message us and we will work with you. We accept PayPal as our main form of payment. Credit cards can be used as well through Paypal, no account is needed. Sales TaxVirginia will have 6% sales tax applied to their order at checkout.
