Description: Lot of 7 quite old Christmas Ornaments: most of them BLOWN GLASS, early 1900sStarting with the bottom left and going clockwise: The bumpy silver one that kind of looks like a strawberry and is very lightweight (.145 oz). This ornament is OLD. In the main photo, it has a little stain on it, but I just washed it off. The silver part is a nice silver now. I do not see any marking on this one indicating where it might be from. It's about 2.5" from top to bottom. Excellent condition. The multicolor one with pink in the indented part is in good condition. The part at the bottom that was once silver is now pretty much clear. Marked on the fluted edge cap "Made in the US of A"The gold one has a flower, a rose I think, and leaves going around it. These are sort of painted on with a matte finish, highlighted with black or grey glitter. It is easy to miss the design if you're looking at the leaves side. It's has a plastic cap (!) that says " Made in Austria" and there's also the number 20 on the cap. I've never seen anything quite like it. I think it is at least 50 years old. This gold glass, Kugel-like with ridges in the glass ornament is difficult to describe. What shape is this called? I cannot find another one like this online, which kind of makes me this it IS a Kugel--but is probably just a distressed-looking Pottery Barn. It is not a blown glass, or what I think of as blown glass, ornament. It is way heavier than the other glass ornaments (2.551 oz). 2" top to bottom. I have also never seen anything like this 3-tiered, graduated sizes, covered in glitter ornament. It looks really old to me, but it could be Pottery Barn. The glitter looks intentionally burnt. There's an old-looking red and cream color grosgrain ribbon with silver stars printed on it at the top, attached to the black hook. From the top of the hook to the bottom of the smallest sphere is 7"These grey grapes are glass and wired onto a 4.5" wooden stick. And the silver paper leaves are also wired onto the stick at the bottom with silver paper tape. ONE of the glass grapes is silver, leading me to believe that the others have lost their silver over the years. I think that means that they were mercury glass.
